• According requirement to machined both internally and externally to achieve an exact balance without the need for cut-outs, reducing drum wall temperature fluctuation to alleviate cracking.

• Add alloying elements on the basis of HT250 chemical composition , achieve better wear resistance and hardness. Meet longer life .

Brake disc - braking effect is good , good heat dissipation than drum brake , not prone to thermal recession. We have two types brakes . standard range-for all standard everyday and High Carbon range-for Heavy Duty.

• Original equipment manufacturers for installation on the original equipment and for their aftermarket sales

• Axle manufacturers that supply axle assemblies with wheel-ends to OEMs

• Truck and Transit fleets are buying small volumes of rotors to service their fleets.

• Medium and heavy duty distributors are buying small volumes of rotors for the truck/buses aftermarket for either servicing or selling to the end-user.

• Brake specialists are delving into rotors by redesigning brake drum designs in special cases

 

High carbon brake disc than standard brake disc it has better abrasion resistance, heat resistance, braking , and mechanical properties. Enhance the shock-absorbing capacity of the product . Improve the thermal performance of the disk body , better prevention instant heat generated cracks and deformation.

• Wear resistance. Its wear resistance is 2-3 times than standard brake disc.

• Thermal performance. Its heat resistance is 2-3 times than standard brake disc.

• Braking effect. Its smooth and powerful braking effect and good vibration absorption performance .

• Stable mechanical properties. Maintain its hardness HB190-241.

• Braking number reached 3,000,000 .
