Forging parts - traditional hand craftsmanship

Even in the third millennium the use of high-strength forged components is as current as ever. For thousands of years workpieces have been compressed and stretched in forging by impact or pressure in the incandescent state – in other words, formed without machining. In this process, the structure is processed in the solid state and thus the material composition is preserved. With the help of drop-forging technology high-strength workpieces are produced with dimensional accuracy. This technology makes it possible to produce more versatile and larger parts. With only a very few exceptions, We can offer any type of forged component for use in bodywork.
Every year some 12000 tons of forged parts are shipped from our plants to our customers.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

In close cooperation with our customers we develop assembly parts and components based on product specifications including connecting points, die space and load assumption.

In consideration of the production-oriented boundary conditions we create optimized parts regarding function and efficiency.

We can read customer data in all standard formats with our specialized software.

In order to stand the growing competition effectively we have taken up the cause of research. We are continuously working on the improvement of our existing products and processes as well as on the development of new techniques and patents.

Our dies are manufactured with modern CNC milling and drilling machines as well as high speed cutting machines (HSC) according to the latest technologies. For special applications we also use wire cut EDM and die sinking.

FORGING FACILITIES

From raw forgings to ready-to-install components for assembly - our forgings meet the highest quality requirements for various applications.

From the range of our forging equipment we select the most economic and efficient manufacturing processes for your products. We also have back-ups available for all forging lines. Our manufacturing program includes friction press and hammer forging, hydraulic machine, partly or completely transformed as well as machining. Subsequently, we are able to satisfy almost all kinds of customer requirements in forging.

HEAT TREATMENT

We meet the following heat treatment requirements :

• Normalising
• Soft annealing
• Hardening and tempering
• Heat treatment out of the forging heat
• Special treatments

Due to our forging equipment we can also apply heat treatment out of the forging heat. Thereby we use especially direct air cooled steels.

MACHINING AND ASSEMBLY
we offer exceptional technologies for highly specialized applications in various industry and technical sectors. Using various types of CNC equipments,we provide you with forged and finished machined parts within the product specifications.

In order to check the parts we use modern CMM.

Due to our versatility in machining and assembly of complete components as well as just-in-time-delivery many of our customers can economize expensive stock-keeping. Many of our forgings are assembly parts and delivered to the customer as ready-to-install components.

Axles parts

Forging have a good safety performance and mechanical properties. It can adapt to harsh working conditions. We according to the customer request choice high quality steel, the strict control forging process guarantee the product the quality.

• Brake spider and Anchor bracket

We provide rough or finished products in accordance with customer requirements. Finished machining accuracy directly affects the later assembly. We chose CNC , with a high dimensional accuracy and position tolerances.

• Spindles

our spindle There are two types , one is a straight spindle(hollow and solid) for the heavy-duty trailer axles and truck axles. hollow spindle inside hole stretch forging molding .

 

One is drop spindle and straight spindle for light trailer axles.

• Spindle nuts

Forging spindle nut has higher mechanical properties and lifetime.

• S-camshaft

S head and spline are forging and machined by CNC machining center to insure better accuracy of brake s camshaft and quenching for added strength and durability.

• Spring seat

Forged spring seat than casting longer life and better performance.

Hydraulic cylinder parts

Forging parts for hydraulic cylinder of truck ,trailer and construction machinery.Cylinders in the course of these parts under strong momentum and pressure. The obvious advantages of forging , it will not break loose and interior , mechanical properties and strength of a lot better than the casting . The only fatal flaw is forging or material produced cracks. Each product in our factory must NDT inspection . So you are assured of the use of our products .
